Operations Director

Working on an ambitious project lead time, Ortho Consulting Group delivered on a brief to find an experienced Operations Director. With responsibilities across multi-national logistics and customer service functions for a high-growth SME, the role required us to meet stringent criteria.

The process

From initial briefing by the client, to candidate start date, the process took 14 weeks.

We successfully identified a short-list of 3 candidates, who met the requirement which included man management experience across Logistics, Customer Service and the QMS function.

The added requirement of finding high-calibre individuals with existing medical device experience was also an essential consideration.

Collaborating with Executive-Level supply chain professionals who could demonstrate change leadership, detailed knowledge of ISO 13485 and JD Edwards ERP Systems to deliver on the above client expectations was extremely rewarding.
