Mary joins the team as an Account Manager to work alongside our senior leadership team as a key point of contact for our clients and distributors, developing trusted advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders and more. Within Mary’s role, she will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring timely and successful delivery of requests, expertise, and solutions according to our client’s objectives.
We caught up with Mary to discover what she is most excited about joining the team.
What made you want to join the team?
When I read the job description, I quickly realised that OCG’s values and my own aligned. I am focused on delivering the best customer experience possible, and creating strong, long-term, trusting relationships is something I thrive on.
I believe in what the company does and the expertise within the business to help our clients expand globally. As an Account Manager, I get to be at the forefront of that to help drive the business forward and deliver exceptional client service.
What part of the role are you most excited about?
I am looking forward to developing strong relationships, creating trust between colleagues and clients alike, giving them the confidence to know we will get the job done to a high standard in a timely manner.
I am also excited to learn about all of the exciting clients we are partnered with, along with their products. Knowing that I have a small part to play in helping to improve people’s wellbeing gives real purpose.
