Matt is the Founder and Director of Ortho Consulting Group, which he launched in 2010. Matt has always worked in the orthopaedic and spine sector, so understands first-hand the true challenges within the industry. Using this knowledge, expertise, experience, and a true understanding of the international market he built his consulting business to offer clients a turnkey solution to support the lifecycle of their business, providing a full range of services from inception to exit.
Ortho Consulting Group’s General Manager, Fiona joined the group in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in the orthopaedic and spine industry. For the last decade, Fiona has been advising senior leaders within the industry on building direct and indirect sales channels and business functions within their companies.
Katherine is Ortho Consulting Group’s General Counsel and leads the legal team.
Katherine qualified as a solicitor in 2012 specialising in corporate finance and spent the following seven years working in private practice, advising clients internationally on M&A, PE and VC transactions across a variety of sectors.
She joined OCG in 2019 and is responsible for all legal matters relating to its group companies and client projects.
With more than 30 years of medical device experience, Gavin joined Ortho Consulting Group having successfully run his own executive search business for many years. He has an outstanding reputation with his clients, forming lasting partnerships due to his tenacity, determination and genuine interest in their business.
Gavin’s key responsibilities at OCG include driving global business development, building relationships with key global distributors and engaging market leaders within the industry, as well as sourcing direct and indirect sales channels.
Suzanna is the M&A, Investment and Research Manager. She delivers all transactional-based projects by supporting clients either sourcing investment or looking to undertake M&A activity for growth (buy-side) or final exit (sell-side).
Leading the in-house research team for all functions of the business producing bespoke reports and insight for the industry, Suzanna previously worked for an M&A sell-side advisory firm, supporting over 70 clients across multiple sectors.
